Matt Monette is the Head of Expansion & Country Lead for the UK&I at Deel. Matt has over a decade of experience at hyper-growth SaaS companies and, prior to Deel, led Shopify’s UK expansion and was the VP of Sales at a late-stage startup.

Bruce has over 13 years consulting experience. He leads our Workday practice in the UK. He plays a key quality assurance and delivery role on leading Workday engagements as well as advising on the challenges on embedding Workday post go-live, establishing necessary governance and operational support frameworks to manage a Workday investment and establishing HR technology investments as a key enabler for the delivery of HR strategic goals Bruce also has strong credentials in HR Transformation.
