How it works
Get your team paid quickly and easily
Your onboarding manager will set up, enable and implement payroll for your company, including any HRIS or accounting integrations. Then you can onboard employees and prepare your Global Payroll report for submission to your assigned payroll manager before your set cut-off date.
Submit the payroll report by the cut-off date
When you're ready to finalise payroll, click 'Review'. You'll see a report showing your employees' salaries, the deductions they’re subject to, and other data your payroll manager used for their calculations. If some of those are incorrect, you can edit them individually or in bulk and then submit when you're ready.
Processing and approval of Deel payrolls
Your payroll manager takes care of the hard part, using up-to-date compliance standards and Deel's native payroll engines to determine how much is owed this month to everyone — from your employees themselves to national, state and local authorities. They will compile this into a payroll package for you to review. If everything looks correct, approve it!
Payment funding
With Deel you can pay employees and authorities either directly — by pre-funding Deel in your local currency and letting us make the payments on your behalf — or by using a file that instructs your bank to distribute the funds. You simply choose the method that’s easiest for you.
Pay date
Once everything is secured, we’re ready to run payroll! Click a button and we’ll make the payment (or provide a file so you can do the same). Your payslips and all statutory reports will also be available to you and your employees on our platform.
