About the photographer

Aundre Larrow

Aundre Larrow is a Jamaican-born photographer based in Brooklyn, NY. From his work as an Adobe Creative Resident exploring stories across the country to working on the set of W. Kamau Bell’s United Shades, Aundre seeks to see the fundamental truth in each human being, regardless of background, culture, or upbringing. For him, portraiture is the archeologist’s chisel, the biologist’s microscope, the physicist’s Large Hadron Collider.

Still have questions?

What do I need to take a remote headshot?

All you need is a smartphone like an iPhone or Android, access to natural light in your space, and a stable internet connection. If selected, we’ll reach out with more details to ensure you are all set up and ready to go.

Are the headshots really free?

Yes, they’re really free. If chosen, your new headshot it’s all yours, no charge. All we ask is that you let us feature you on our website and other communications over the next year (there will be a release form and all that stuff).

How many spots are available?

Spots are currently limited; however, if you sign up and don’t get selected, you’ll be the first to know when we open up more spots.

Where will these photos go?

Well, hopefully, on your LinkedIn profile, but on the Deel side, we’d love to feature them on our website, socials, and other places.

How long will the photo session last?

Once selected, you’ll have a 15-minute consultation and then get scheduled for the actual session, which should last about 30 minutes.

Why are we doing this, and what’s in it for us?

We’re doing this to help remote workers put their best foot forward with a new photo to use however they please. With the recent news, many people are looking for work, and we want to show that workers can get professional images right from the comfort of their homes. With remote work not going anywhere, your headshot should stay current too.

How do I tell my friends about this exciting initiative?

Well, you can certainly share the link with them. Please keep in mind that spaces are limited, so while we wish everyone in the world could get their photo taken, it’s not feasible. But have no fear. Once you sign up, you’ll be the first to know when we open more slots.
