*EOR Discount Participation Terms and Conditions:
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the discount deal ("Deal") offered by Deel Inc. ("Deel"). By applying for the Deal, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- Eligibility:
The discount is available to companies during the Discount Period. To be eligible for the discount, individuals must submit a valid and complete entry form provided by Deel during the event. Incomplete or inaccurate forms may result in the rejection of the application.
The entry form must be submitted before 25 January 2024 12:00 AM (midnight) CET. Only one application per company is allowed.
- Discount Period:
The Deal can be applied for an order of EoR Services up until 1 August 2024. Any requests for services received after this date will not be eligible for the discount.
- Discount Details:
The Deal is a two for one discount when purchasing two EOR products through the Deel platform. The discount is applied as a 50% discount on two (2) EOR products for a term of one (1) year when a minimum of two EOR products are purchased, for the first two EOR products only. This discount will be applied to the order form when applying for the EOR’s.
- Order Terms:
Applicants must comply with the standard terms and conditions of purchasing EOR services, including payment terms, indemnities and limitations.
The Deal cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. It is not applicable to previous purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
- Publicity:
By submitting the application form, you grant Deel permission to use the provided details for further commercial purposes, including marketing and promotional activities. Deel is committed to protecting your privacy, and your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- General Conditions:
Deel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Deal at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, the Company will honor valid applications received before the termination date.
- Governing law:
These Terms and the Deal are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
