This means your hiring pipeline, offer letters, and candidate data connect automatically to the same platform managing your payroll, EOR, contractor agreements, and compliance. There is no integration to configure or data to re-enter between tools.

Deel ATS supports automatic onboarding handoff for all Deel worker types: EOR employees, contractors, PEO employees, and local payroll employees. When a candidate accepts an offer, Deel identifies the correct onboarding flow based on their worker type and country and triggers it automatically.

Yes. You can publish job postings from Deel ATS to your company careers page and to external job boards. Applications from those channels feed directly back into your Deel ATS pipeline — no manual importing required.

Yes. Deel ATS includes interview kits with structured scorecards, question banks, and interview guides that can be shared across your hiring team. Interviewers submit feedback in real time, and all responses are visible to hiring managers and decision-makers in the platform.

Offer letters are generated directly from the candidate pipeline using the role, compensation, and worker type data already in Deel. They can be routed through an approval chain before being sent, and are signed via e-signature in the platform. Once signed, onboarding is triggered automatically — no manual next steps required.
