Employee Lifecycle
Whenever employee data is updated in Deel it reflects in Vanta to ensure employee information is up-to-date.
User Deprovisioning
When employees leave the company, the respective Vanta account is automatically deactivated based on the termination date in Deel.

Vanta is the fast, frictionless way for growing companies to become compliant, stay secure, and strengthen trust among partners and customers alike. Integrate with Deel to ensure that employee management tasks (e.g., onboarding and offboarding) are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Getting started
Vanta connects to Deel through their SCIM API, which is currently in a beta state and customers need to have organization tokens available.
To get the Organization Token navigate to:
- Apps & Integrations
- Developer Center (At the top-right corner)
- Select Organization Tokens and click Generate New Token.
- Type a label and click Next
- Then click People and select the Users:read scope and click Generate.
- Copy your token somewhere safe.
Integrating with Deel
- From the left-hand navigation panel, select Integrations.
- From the Available tab, search for Deel.
- Select Connect.
- Then you can fill out your API token with the Organization Token that you generated in the previous steps.

Feature sync
Onboarding and offboarding information is pulled from Deel into Vanta to ensure workflows match company policy.
