Designed for the new world of network-based and remote work, Confirm is the first platform to leverage Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) in performance reviews, allowing companies to measure performance in the way it really happens: through networks.

When applied to performance management, ONA gives leaders visibility into the true impact of their employees. ONA provides a quantitative view of performance based on every employee’s view of one another. This ensures significant employee decisions are based on clear data, rather than company politics or the loudest voice in the room.

Confirm asks every employee four simple questions about their colleagues (like who they turn to for advice and who is falling short). Then, using network data, Confirm identifies trends and correlations for leaders to understand which employees they can’t afford to lose and which need more help. This saves companies massive amounts of money in turnover costs associated with losing high performers and keeping poor performers around for too long –– because performance isn’t distributed by a traditional bell curve. Confirm’s analysis found that 15% of employees create 50% of the impact within an organization, while 5% create 50% of problems.

Confirm is constantly evolving its platform to remain innovative. Most recently, Confirm unveiled a new feature, Performance Profile.
