Role-based rules, policies, calendars, and approval chains still apply. That means what you do in chat is the same as doing it in Deel.

Yes. Data travels over encrypted connections and lives in Deel. Slack/Teams act as a window, not a database. Because the plugin uses your existing Deel policies, requests follow the same country-specific rules, holidays, and approval logic you’ve already set.

Most integration are one way notifications, you get a ping in Slack, but need to go into the platform and take complete the action. The requester may not be notified in the same thread. 

Right now, we are supporting Slack and Microsoft Teams. We are always elevating more possible platforms for plug-ins.
