Configuration: A dedicated Deel System Integration Manager (SIM) leads the completion of Field Mapping & Requirements documents and configures Deel accordingly 3. Testing: Integration is tested thoroughly, with Deel SIM managing test scripts and resolving any errors 4. Deployment: SIM coordinates go-live timing, data cutover, and stakeholder readiness 5. Post go-live: Ongoing support for two weeks after deployment for monitoring, troubleshooting, and guidance
