Data Processing Addendum

The Deel Data Processing Addendum (DPA) constitutes an integral part of the Terms of Service and is hereby incorporated into it by reference unless the Client/Contractor has signed a separate written DPA with Deel.

Deel's DPA forms part of the Main Agreement between Client and Deel covering the Client's use of the Services.

We provide a pre-signed DPA for our Clients and for Contractors.

Process for signing the DPA:

1. Download the pre-signed DPA.
2. Add your information on page 1. 
3. Add your contact details relating to data transfers.
4. Provide date and signature.

Send back a signed and completed copy of the DPA to dpo@deel.com

Our DPA includes the new EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to align with the data protection safeguards in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
