How will I know if a referral has reached the 'qualified' stage?
Your $500 commission will appear in PartnerStack next to the specific referral to indicate that the referral has been qualified.
Does the 90-day window start when someone clicks my link or when they become qualified?
The 90-day window for someone starts when they click your link.
Can I still receive the additional $1,000 if my referral becomes a customer within 90 days of the initial click, or within 90 days of becoming qualified?
Yes, the 90 days run until the first action (becoming a qualified referral). If that qualified referral then takes another 90 days to close, the opportunity is still attributed to the qualifying lead source at the time of 'opportunity' creation.
If the opportunity is stalled or blocked for a significant period, the sales team will close the opportunity and it will be lost.
