Terms & Conditions: Limited offer - Deel Contractor Free Trial

*Terms and Conditions: This promotion is subject to the following qualifying Terms and Conditions, and may be modified or revoked by Deel in its sole discretion and without notice at any time.

To be eligible for this promotion, you (the customer) must:

• be a paying customer before 1 January 2025;
• have not used Deel Contractor products since 1 January 2025.
• engage with at least one (1) new independent contractor (“IC”) via the Deel Platform before the 1st of September 2025.

Eligibility excludes customers who are already using the Deel Contractor service.

Eligible customers will be activated for a Deel Contractor trial that starts on 1 September 2025 and ends on 28 February 2026 (“Free Trial”). During the Free Trial, the Customer will not be charged for the Deel Contractor fee. Starting 1 March 2026, Customer will be charged at a rate of $29 per contractor per month. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer will still have to pay the IC their agreed-upon rate.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction, cumulatively, or together with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Please contact your Deel sales representative for more information. Deel reserves the right to make the final determination of eligibility and to interpret these Terms and Conditions. Deel may investigate and revoke any credit or benefit granted under this promotion if there is any misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, Deel’s Terms of Service, or the Agreement.
