What is Deel Academy?
Deel Academy is a free, self-serve training platform for existing Deel customers to grow their Deel expertise with on-demand learning to earn accreditations.
Our goal is to empower everyone with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to seamlessly navigate and use the Deel platform and get the most out of their experience.
What courses are offered at Deel Academy?
Deel Academy currently offers one course, “Deel Fundamentals,” that covers all major roles like payroll, HR, and IT. The course focuses on using the Deel platform correctly and to its fullest potential. We like to think of it as Deel Platform 101.
After completing the course, you’ll be provided an accreditation badge and certificate that can be shared on LinkedIn.
How do I sign up for Deel Academy and how does it work?

Just provide your information and we will send you an email confirming you’ve officially enrolled in the fundamentals course. Take the course at your own pace and, once you’ve completed it, we’ll award you with an accreditation and official badge that you can share on LinkedIn.
How long are the courses?
The Deel Fundamentals course takes approximately 6 hours to complete and each module takes 5-10 minutes to complete. You don’t need to complete the course in one sitting, so work at your own pace. If you leave the course to take a break, you can pick up where you left off later on.
