Deel 的誕生

After graduating from MIT in 2014, Co-Founders Alex Bouaziz (CEO) and Shuo Wang (CRO) noticed a trend among their friends: they couldn’t get high-paying jobs they were highly qualified for due to visa issues and local labor laws in other countries. It was an apparent problem.

Alex Bouaziz（執行長暨共同創辦人）

Alex Bouaziz is the CEO and co-founder of Deel, the all-in-one HR platform for global teams. Founded in 2019, Deel’s technology helps companies simplify every aspect of managing an international workforce, from culture and onboarding, to local payroll and compliance. In just under four years, the company has grown to 4,000+ team members worldwide in over 100 different countries and raised over $600 million in funding. It has 35,000-plus customers, including Shopify, Nike, and Klarna.

Alex 在巴黎長大，畢業於以色列理工學院和麻省理工學院，獲得土木與環境工程碩士學位。在創辦 Deel 之前，他還與他人共同創辦了投資基金 Sarona Ventures。2020 年，他榮登《富比士》30 歲以下金融精英 30 強榜單。

Shuo Wang（營收長暨共同創辦人）

Shuo Wang is the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-founder of Deel, an all-in-one HR platform for global teams. Shuo drives Deel's revenue and led the company in scaling from $1-$100M ARR in under 20 months. Deel simplifies every aspect of managing an international workforce, from culture to payroll and compliance. The company has grown to 4,000+ team members across the globe in 100+ countries, raised over $600M in funding, and has 35,000+ customers including Shopify, Nike, and Klarna.

在創辦 Deel 之前，Shuo 還與他人共同創辦了 Aeris Cleantec 公司，並在該公司被 iRobot 收購前一直擔任技術長。Shuo 在麻省理工學院取得了機械工程與機器人科學學士學位，並在麻省理工學院結識了 Deel 執行長 Alex Bouaziz。

Shuo 熱心鼓勵更多女性參與軟體開發、產品管理和行銷工作。
