Getting started with 15Five
How it works

Connect Deel and 15Five to bridge your system of record with your system of action. This integration automates data sync between Deel's HRIS and 15Five, ensuring your employee insights are always current and actionable. It supports daily automated updates, maintaining data accuracy and reducing manual input. The HRIS Connector prioritizes data security, offering a reliable and secure way to keep your HR processes streamlined and efficient.

Premiers pas

  1. Go to 'Settings' > 'Features' in 15Five, scroll down, and select 'Integrations'.
  2. Cliquez sur « Manage » (Gérer) à côté de « Unified HRIS connector » (Connecteur HRIS unifié) et choisissez votre logiciel d’intégration.
  3. Sign in using your API key or credentials and enter your subdomain.
  4. Attendez que l’intégration se connecte, vérifiez les données accessibles et cliquez sur « Continue » (Continuer) pour terminer la configuration.
  5. Configure settings, set filters, validate, and sync data. Integration syncs automatically every 24 hours.

Feature sync

  1. Basic Details: First and Last Name, Preferred Name, Email, Job Title, Location, Employee ID.
  2. Statut d’emploi : statut actif, date d’embauche, date de prise de fonctions, date de départ, manager/superviseur.
  3. Demographic Information: Optional data such as Salary, Gender, Ethnicity, Birth Date, Race.
  4. Groupings: Departments, Divisions, and other HRIS-specific group types or groups.
