Yes. Deel IT can enroll devices to your preferred MDM solution, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Autopilot, and more. You can specify preconfigurations to automate the entire enrollment and deployment process.

Deel IT hardware support covers three main things:

  1. Deel will guarantee that every laptop arrives in working order. If it doesn’t, we’ll replace it ASAP and handle all the admin and insurance claims with the courier network.
  2. Our customer service and IT teams are also available if you need help setting up the device or diagnosing any hardware issues.
  3. If a laptop fails, Deel will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, as needed.

We collect the device and send out a loaner laptop to minimize downtime. Once the laptop is repaired, we ship it back to its owner and collect the loaner. If a laptop is faulty or damaged beyond repair, we automatically ship a replacement.

Deel recovers devices in 130+ countries with a 96% laptop recovery rate worldwide.

You can store devices using Deel's provided in-country storage and/or storage in a ‘Deel IT Hub’ located in 61 countries. Any devices stored in these countries can be reused within the same customs region as often as you like.
