US employees can now receive their paychecks in crypto

We’ve teamed up with Coinbase so US employees using Deel can now receive their paychecks in crypto

Calling all employees in the US using Deel - you can now link your account to Coinbase to get your paycheck in crypto. Coinbase has a feature that automatically converts your paycheck into cryptocurrency, and now we’re teaming up with them to do this for Deel customers. It’s available in all cryptos and currencies that Coinbase offers, and you can turn the feature on and off at any time. You can also deposit as little or as much of your paycheck as you want. 

If you’re a US employee and Deel customer, here’s how you link your account:

• Head to Coinbase, and select direct deposit in the account settings menu, follow the instructions to generate a unique crypto payroll account number and routing number.
• If  you’re prompted to select between “Manual” or “Automated” setup, select “Manual”
• Once you have generated your unique Coinbase account number and routing number, add the details to Deel in your bank detail settings here.
• Your next Deel paycheck will be deposited directly into your Coinbase account. 

EOR crypto payroll is currently only available to US employees. More countries will be added soon. We want to give you as much flexibility in how you get paid, and this is yet another option. Enjoy!
