Miriam Daucher

Miriam is a Principal located Singapore as Mercer’s Transformation Leader in Asia. She is part of Mercer’s Global Center of Expertise for Transformation which drives the continuous innovation of their advisory services with sales, capability upskilling and the creation of intellectual capital. Since 2024, Miriam leads the Asia Transformation practice, actively shaping the Future of Work with colleagues and clients in the region.

Hugo Mas - Moderator

Hugo was Sales Director Asia at Aircall, a B2B SaaS unicorn backed by Goldman Sachs and HubSpot, where he led revenue strategy, expansion, and M&A. He began his career in private equity and at Bain & Company, focusing on revenue acceleration.
