With more than two decades of experience at premier financial institutions and high-growth technology companies, Harish has built and scaled global risk organizations, led large-scale transformation initiatives, and guided businesses through complex regulatory environments and periods of rapid growth. Before joining Deel, he served as the inaugural Chief Risk Officer at Pagaya and held senior leadership roles at Bank of America, HSBC, and Capital One. Harish is passionate about embedding risk into the fabric of product development and decision-making, helping Deel operate responsibly while unlocking new opportunities at global scale. Harish holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, often exploring new cities and cultures, a perspective that continues to shape his global approach to leadership.
