Yaron Lavi is Chief Technology Officer of Deel, the global payroll and HR platform supporting global teams in over 150 countries. As CTO, Yaron leads Deel’s engineering organization, overseeing platform architecture, infrastructure, and product development to ensure the company can scale reliably as it supports a rapidly growing global customer base. Yaron brings extensive experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams across companies of all sizes. He has a strong track record of translating complex business requirements into growth-ready, user-centric products, with expertise spanning cloud infrastructure, data systems, and full-stack development. His experience spans the full software lifecycle, from architecture design through to implementation, across infrastructure, data, backend, and frontend systems. Previously, Yaron served as VP of R&D at Zira and VP of R&D at Amdoc, where he led engineering, infrastructure and product development. Yaron has extensive experience at high-growth startups focused on building product, processes and people teams.
