Yes. ATS is connected directly within Deel. ATS data flows between workforce planning, onboarding, payroll, and compensation modules. This creates greater alignment and end-to-end workflows to manage the entire employee lifecycle within a single HR & payroll system.
Can recruiters and hiring managers schedule candidate interviews directly from ATS?
Yes. Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams are embedded directly in ATS for seamless scheduling. Interview recordings and AI-generated transcript summaries are available from the dashboard as soon as an interview ends, so your team can review key moments without switching tools or chasing notes. Candidates are notified before recording begins and can choose to opt out.

How does Deel’s ATS handle candidate data and AI-driven screening?
Candidates submit their information directly through the employer’s careers page. The employer controls what data is collected, how long it is retained, and when it is deleted, while Deel processes the data on their behalf.
AI-driven screening is optional and compares only the information candidates submit with the job criteria defined by the employer. It provides match insights to support recruiters. It does not make hiring decisions or use external data sources.
All AI features operate under strict data protection controls, including contractual limits on data use and human oversight for every decision.

How does AI matching work in Deel's ATS?
AI matching compares the information a candidate chooses to submit — such as their CV and application responses — with the job description and criteria defined by the hiring team.
The system evaluates how closely the candidate’s submitted experience aligns with the requirements set for the role. It does not use external data sources, search for additional information about candidates, or make independent judgments.
AI matching is designed to support hiring teams by highlighting relevant matches based on the inputs provided. Final decisions always remain with human reviewer.
