Now, in just a few clicks, companies can hire employees in over 150 countries using Deel. As an employer, simply log into your account and seamlessly onboard international employees for a transparent fixed-fee without the need to set up a new local entity.
By becoming an 'Employer of Record' we manage everything for you. What does this mean exactly? Well, in countries where we have a subsidiary, we hire the employees on your behalf, which saves you the time and money that comes with having to set up a legal entity. All with the assurance and compliance of local laws.
Your team will "technically" be on our payroll, but they still work for you, just like any other employee. They’ll sign a localized contract making it clear the role and responsibilities they have at your company. On top of that, we’ll handle health insurance, social and pension contributions, and income tax.
Lastly, in countries where we don't currently have a subsidiary, we work alongside the most reputable area partners who become an 'Employer of Record' on your behalf. We have entities in 15 countries to date and plan to be in more than 70 by the end of 2021. In countries with more complex local labor laws, we intentionally work with area experts to expedite the process and ensure you're getting the best support.
