We've been working on some updates to make the employee experience even better. From managing expenses to providing a wellness budget, here’s a roundup of what’s new.
No more back-and-forth over email. Manage employee expenses with Deel in minutes. Your team can now file expense requests through their Deel dashboard, attach receipts, and wait for your approval.
Give members of your team a well-deserved bonus for a job well done with just a few clicks.
For things like travel or wellness, you can set up a monthly stipend through your Deel dashboard. Once it's added, we'll make sure it's paid right to their bank account.
Know what you've paid out and what's still pending. Your team also gets a clear view and status of their expense requests along with a record of paid items.
Over the last few months, we've improved the entire employee experience on Deel. Everything from signing a contract and onboarding in minutes as a Deel employee to a dedicated employee help centre has been consolidated directly into the Deel Employee Dashboard.
To manage employee bonuses, expenses, and allowances:
Head to the Contracts tab
Select an employee contract
Add an adjustment in a few clicks
Approve expense requests via your Dashboard
