Eligibility for Massachusetts PFML
Employees must have earned a minimum of $6,300 in the last four completed calendar quarters and at least 30 times the amount of their weekly benefit rate.
Also, they must have made contributions for family and medical leave for at least two out of the last four completed calendar quarters before applying for benefits.
