Matt Monette is the Director of Global Payroll Sales for EMEA and was formally the Country Lead and Head of Expansion for the UK & Ireland at Deel, where he leads a team of 200. Prior to Deel, Matt spent more than a decade in sales at hyper-growth SaaS companies including Salesforce and Shopify. Most recently was the VP of sales at a late-stage startup. Matt is passionate about helping companies unlock the power of hiring from anywhere and what a borderless talent pool will do for the future of work. Outside of work he enjoys traveling and finding new places to visit in London and across the UK.
Jade Hackett
Jade Hackett is the Global Payroll Manager for Lyra International. With over thirteen years of experience within the payroll sector, Jade has developed extensive expertise in payroll processing, implementation, and process improvement across a variety of roles. Jade is responsible for payroll operations across all international entities within her organisation and has been instrumental in the implementation of new payroll software and the development of policies aimed at achieving global payroll alignment to drive efficiency. Jade holds an LLB Law with Business Degree from Portsmouth University and is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a CIPP Payroll Management Degree.
