Over the past six years, we’ve grown Deel into a $17.4B company with 7,000+ people. We didn’t get everything right—but we learned a lot from other founders along the way. Those conversations mattered, and we want more founders to experience them.
Deel Founder Hours is our way of giving back. It’s a chance to have honest 1:1 conversations with Deel leaders about the messy, deeply human realities of building a business.
Twice per year, our executive team sets aside time for private conversations with founders, with the goal of offering perspective and helping you move forward with more clarity.
