Deel AI Policy Summit 2026

Where governments and businesses align on AI and the future of work. AI is reshaping how people work, how companies hire, and how governments govern at a pace that outstrips existing policy frameworks. The rules being written today will define the global labor market for decades.

The Deel AI Policy Summit brings together senior policymakers, regulators, business leaders, academics, and journalists from around the world for 75 minutes of high-level, cross-regional dialogue.

This is the conversation the global workforce needs, bringing together the people shaping AI and the future of work policy to turn fragmented thinking into a shared direction.

What we'll cover:

  • How the US, EU, and UK are diverging and aligning on AI governance
  • The race for AI industrial policy: who's investing, who's regulating, and who's leading
  • AI and employment law: misclassification, displacement, and new worker protections
  • What the EU AI Act means for global employers
  • What governments need from business — and what business needs from governments
