Building support automation for the AI era

Fini, a Y Combinator–backed startup, builds AI agents that automate customer support for enterprises handling 100,000+ tickets and cutting costs while improving resolution speed. As their customer base evolved from early-stage startups to large-scale enterprises, so did their team's needs.   • Employer of Record (EOR): Fini uses Deel’s EOR solution to compliantly hire full-time employees in countries where they don’t have a legal entity, such as Turkey and soon Argentina.
  • Contractor: The platform makes it easy to onboard and pay international contractors for both short-term assignments and long-term projects.
  • Deel Payroll and HRIS: All payroll, time-off management, and document signing (including equity agreements and IP documents) are centralized in one place. Fini has consolidated employees across the US, Netherlands, India, and Turkey onto Deel.
