Dan Westgarth is the COO of Deel, leading the company’s Fintech, Operations, Compliance, and Expansion teams. With Deel’s rapid rise, growing to 4,500+ team members across 100+ countries and serving 35,000+ customers. Before Deel, Dan helped drive Revolut’s global expansion, setting up operations in 8+ international markets and later leading North America as General Manager. Beyond his role at Deel, Dan is an active angel investor, backing early-stage tech startups and helping them scale. Originally from the UK, he now calls New York City home.
