Hugo Mas, Sales Director, Deel

Hugo Mas is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in scaling teams and driving business growth across the Asia Pacific region. As the Head of SMB for APAC at Deel, Hugo plays a key role in expanding Deel’s mission of revolutionising global payroll and HR management for small and medium businesses. Prior to joining Deel, Hugo served as Sales Director Asia at Aircall, a B2B SaaS unicorn backed by Goldman Sachs & Hubspot. Hugo previously contributed to Aircall’s revenue strategy, international expansion plan and M&A. Hugo's career began in private equity & consulting, where he specialised in revenue acceleration at Bain & Company. His extensive background in strategic planning, international business development, and operational leadership has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of growth strategies and implementation. A native of France, Hugo relocated to Singapore in 2021 and previously lived in Shanghai during his high school years. He holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris, and a Bachelor in Film studies from Université Paris Sorbonne. Outside of work, Hugo is the proud father of two children and is currently training for the Singapore Marathon.

Simran Kaur, Client Director, SEEK

Simran Kaur has over 20 years of extensive experience working with large multinational corporations and start-up organisations across Malaysia and the region. Armed with a strong foundation in technology, she has built a successful career in sales and developed collaboration and negotiation skills that create impact in her leadership roles. Simran is currently Client Director, Global Accounts at SEEK, where she leads a team responsible for strategic engagement and management of multinational corporations, including leading global corporate and enterprise brands based in APAC. During her tenure, she has held several key positions including Senior Regional Sales Operations Manager, where she worked to drive high performance amongst sales teams across SEEK’s six markets in Asia. She subsequently became Managing Director for Jobstreet Malaysia, where she strengthened the employment marketplace market leadership and reach in the country. Most recently, she served as Director of Regional Business Transformation & Culture Innovation, focusing on driving agility and innovation across SEEK in Asia as a customer-centric organisation. Simran graduated from the London Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing and Information Systems. She enjoys travelling and is an avid foodie.
