Session Overview
Two sessions. Six modules. One connected picture.
Each session will be led by a Deel product expert, featuring step-by-step walkthroughs, real-world workflows, and best practices. We’ll conclude each session with a live Q&A to help you overcome any blockers.

June 2, 10 AM EDT | 4 PM CEST
Session 1: Goals, Reviews, and Development plans
Reviews have always produced information. This session shows how to run reviews that are customized to your needs and how to turn the results into development outcomes.

June 3, 10 AM EDT | 4 PM CEST
Session 2: Surveys, Learning, and Career
Learning and career have historically been two separate conversations: an annual survey, a separate L&D platform, an occasional career chat. This session shows how the latest releases close those gaps into one continuous loop, with AI making the loop run without manual effort.

FAQs
Can I submit questions before the session?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Use this form to submit your questions. They help the PM hosts prepare and ensure the Q&A covers what actually matters to you.
Do I need to attend live?
No. Register and you'll receive a recording link after the session. That said, live attendance is how you get your questions answered directly, the Q&A isn't scripted.
Is there a cost to attend these webinars?
No. Both sessions are completely free for Deel customers.
How long are these webinars?
Each session runs approximately 60 minutes: around 40 minutes of demos across three modules, followed by 15–20 minutes of live Q&A.
Will there be more sessions after these two?
This is a pilot series. We'll use attendance and engagement from these sessions to shape the cadence going forward. If you want more sessions, showing up is the best signal you can send.
