Deel makes all things global HR and payroll actually fine in its first video campaign
Deel's first global video campaign addresses the misconceptions and overwhelming sense of dread HR managers and other company leaders face when hearing the words global, onboarding, management, payroll, and HR.
Earlier this month, we launched a 30-second spot as a part of LinkedIn's Connected TV (CTV) beta to bring the iconic "This is Fine" meme to life and showcase the ways in which Deel's powerful, all-in-one HR platform helps put out admin, legal, and accounting “fires” as they relate to growing and managing a global team.
Shot and produced by creative studio Loop, the campaign will run in the US and Canada on CTV, online videos, and social media throughout the next quarter, expanding globally after January 24th, 2024.

The company approached Loop about creating a spot that spoke to both HR leaders and their global workforce in a consumer-friendly, relatable manner.

Creatively, we saw a unique opportunity to represent the benefits of Deel by utilizing the iconic meme. Everyone has sent, received, or just felt seen by this meme at some point in their HR journey, so we wanted to use it to highlight the use-case for Deel in a fun and relatable way,” said Nick Gallo, Founder of Loop.
