Designed for the new world of network-based and remote work, Confirm is the first platform to leverage Organizational Network Analysis (ONA) in performance reviews, allowing companies to measure performance in the way it really happens: through networks.

When applied to performance management, ONA gives leaders visibility into the true impact of their employees.
