- Deel Plugin for Slack & Teams: Now you can handle everyday HR tasks like time-off requests and approvals right where your team already works—in Slack or Teams. Managers can approve requests in their daily workflow, and employees get instant answers

- Simplify contract relocations and transfers: This feature lets HR maintain multiple active contracts for a direct employee, which simplifies relocations or multi-entity roles without having to terminate and re-onboard. Pay and benefits continue uninterrupted.
- One‑click Deel PEO rehiring: Returning talent starts fast because you can rehire them directly from their profile. HR avoids re-entering data and redoing onboarding steps.
- People history cleanup: You can now remove duplicate or incorrect entries directly in a profile. This means fixes happen on the spot, not via tickets, making audits feel calm and ensuring employees see accurate profiles.
Scale with control

- Anonymous Reporting: Give employees a safe, anonymous way to raise concerns with secure two-way messaging that meets EU requirements. It’s built into Deel, so it delivers audit-ready oversight without purchasing another platform.
- Global workflows & approvals: Use approval events as triggers and actions in Workflow Builder to automate HR approvals. This means approvals move to the right person automatically, so HR has fewer stalls, fewer workarounds, and clearer ownership.
- Net‑to‑gross calculator: Enter a take-home target during contract creation to instantly see the gross amount required by country, so offers are faster to plan and easier to explain. This helps HR and Finance avoid chasing spreadsheets across regions.

Speed and compliance can coexist. Our new updates give you the power to manage payroll proactively, with clear rules, instant reviews in Slack, and better payslip visibility that helps reimbursements move quickly while keeping everything compliant.

- Expense category rules: You can now create category rules for limits, required attachments, and auto-approval thresholds. This ensures routine claims move quickly while exceptions route to a reviewer.
- Automatic country-specific checks: Stop worrying about manual expense reviews. Receipts are checked against local requirements as they're uploaded, which flags issues early and reduces rework.
- Approve expenses in Slack: Review, add missing tax, and approve in one step without leaving Slack to shorten time-to-reimbursement.
- Hourly payroll auto-setup: In supported countries, hourly contracts are created automatically with time tracking enabled. This removes manual setup and gets payroll ready from day one.
Pay and close with confidence

- Global Payroll calendar edits: Adjust recurring deadlines for a single Payroll Group directly in Deel. You can keep schedules flexible, compliant, and aligned.
- Enhanced in-app payslips: Reduce employee questions with enhanced in-app payslips. Employees get a detailed breakdown of their pay, side-by-side comparisons, and trend views, so they can easily understand their take-home pay.
Faster fixes, fewer interruptions with Deel (IT)
Stronger security from day one, and smoother exits when people leave. New controls align identity and device actions with HR events to reduce tickets and keep access clean with this month's updates.

- Enhanced login lockouts: Take control of your organization’s security by configuring a new, enterprise-grade login lockout policy. This feature adds another layer of defense against evolving threats like brute-force attacks.
- Leave-safe sign-in: You can make SSO optional for workers on long leave while their contracts stay active. This respects HR access needs without weakening authentication for active staff.
- Post-termination email switch: After a contract ends, the system automatically switches the sign-in from a work email to a backup, which preserves access to important documents and reduces manual admin for your IT team.
- Approval resets: When managers or policies change, an admin can reset pending approvals to route them to the right person. This keeps automations flowing when your org structure shifts, and prevents "stuck" tickets to IT.
Automate device operations
- Device integrations and webhooks: With new APIs and webhooks, you can automate device workflows by connecting ticketing and asset tools to Deel. HR events can now trigger actions like lock, erase, or restart a device immediately.

- Unified renewals and seat-based pricing: Device lifecycle management invoices are now consolidated by seat with co-termed dates. This means fewer scattered invoices and a smoother month-end for your team.
- Submit IT tickets for your team: Organization managers can create support requests on behalf of employees. This is a faster path to hardware fixes and software help, especially for teammates who can't file a request themselves.
- Standard rental terms and clearer invoices: Gain predictable IT spend. Device invoices are now consolidated with one renewal date, which means fewer scattered invoices and a smoother month-end for your team.
