Conditions & Eligibility Requirements: These promotional terms are offered by Deel and do not constitute an offer, agreement, or binding obligation. No agreement exists unless and until Customer executes a Sales Order Form ("Order Form") with Deel. These terms are subject to change or withdrawal by Deel at any time without notice. To participate in this Promotion, Customer must execute a new Order Form for PEO services with an execution date between July 15, 2026, and December 31, 2026; certain existing customers may be eligible to participate only for new PEO service lines (renewals of existing PEO services are excluded). For qualifying Order Forms with minimum two (2) year terms, Deel will credit Customer with three (3) months of complimentary Platform Fees, which credit will be applied to Customer's Account at the end of the initial Term and is non-transferable. If Customer terminates the Order Form for any reason before the end of the stated Term, Customer shall immediately pay Deel the full list price fees for the entire Order Form, including the value of any promotional credit. This repayment is a material condition of the Promotion and is non-waivable. If Customer fails to pay any invoice on time or otherwise materially breaches the Order Form or Deel's Terms of Service at any point during the Term, this Promotion shall immediately become void, all promotional incentives shall be forfeited, and Customer shall repay Deel the full value of all promotional credits received. Deel reserves sole discretion to determine eligibility, interpret these terms, and revoke the Promotion or any benefit at any time for any reason, including misuse of the Deel Platform or breach of the Order Form or Deel's Terms of Service. Deel's determinations are final.
