Individual Income Tax

Die Einkommensteuer reicht von 0% bis 35%. Die Einkommensteuer wird progressiv berechnet. Mehrere zusätzliche Faktoren können die Gesamtbelastung beeinflussen, wie Haushaltsstatus (Miete oder Kredit), Anzahl der unter 18-jährigen Angehörigen, Familienstand und Wohnort.

Payroll Cost

Die Arbeitgeberkosten werden im Allgemeinen auf ca. 28,35% des Mitarbeitendengehalts geschätzt. Argentinien weist sehr hohe Inflationsraten auf; feste Beträge können von Monat zu Monat variieren.

Eine monatliche Gebühr von USD 20 pro Mitarbeitende/n fällt an, wenn Deel ein USD-Bankkonto für die/den Mitarbeitende/n eröffnet.

  • Zuschuss für Heimarbeit: USD 50

  • Gehaltskonto in USD*    - USD 20 (falls zutreffend)

Overtime Pay & Maximum Hours

Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with an extra hour per day for the lunch break. The standard work week is from Monday to Friday. However, standard working hours can also be 48 hours.
