Minimum Wage Requirements

Payroll Cost

Overtime Pay & Maximum Hours

Die Standardarbeitszeit beträgt 8 Stunden pro Tag und 40 Stunden pro Woche. Die übliche Arbeitswoche ist von Montag bis Freitag. Es ist jedoch möglich, die Arbeitswoche auf 45 Stunden zu verlängern, indem an Samstagen 4 Stunden gearbeitet werden.

Überstundenvergütung ist verpflichtend und ist nicht im Gehalt enthalten. Stunden außerhalb der Standardarbeitszeit gelten als Überstunden und müssen vorab vom Arbeitgeber genehmigt werden. Mitarbeitende können maximal 12 Stunden Überstunden pro Woche leisten und erhalten dafür 150 % des Stundenlohns.
