Introducing Go1 in Engage, enhancing learning and compliance

Ready to go beyond the trial?

Most L&D tools fail quietly. Not because the UX is bad or because the features aren't there. Because when employees open the platform, there's nothing relevant to learn. And for the HR team responsible for fixing that, the to-do list looks the same every time: source content, build programs, maintain everything as roles change, and do it across every country, language, and function your company operates in.

For most teams, that's simply not realistic.

What we've been building toward

Learning in Engage was designed around a specific conviction: training only works when it answers a real need with a clear outcome attached. Someone steps into a management role. A review surfaces a gap in a specific skill. The team adopts a tool nobody has used before. Each of those is a reason to learn something, and each one comes with a definition of what should be different afterward.

The problem is that the need shows up in one system and the learning happens in another. That’s why Learning in Engage connects directly to reviews, goals, and career development: the gap that surfaces in a performance cycle becomes a learning action in the same place, tracked alongside everything else.

But a connected system still needs content to run on.

Engage already creates courses with AI, because speed matters and teams shouldn’t need an instructional designer to build something useful. Lucía Rodriguez, Head of HR at Ladonware, builds courses with AI in under 30 minutes.

But AI course creation has a limit. It turns what your company already knows into something teachable. It can’t give you what your company doesn’t know: compliance programs that hold up to an audit, leadership tracks built on real pedagogy, AI upskilling written by people who teach it full time. Content that stays current, and that exists in the languages your teams actually work in.

That’s not something you build in 30 minutes. That’s a library.

Introducing Go1 in Engage, enhancing learning and compliance

Today, we're launching our integration with Go1, the world’s most comprehensive learning and compliance solution, bringing trusted learning directly in the same system where performance, development, and onboarding already happen. With Go1, one subscription connects your team to relevant learning from more than 300 leading providers across 120+ languages. Together, Go1 and Engage go beyond content access, giving admins smart tools to discover the right learning and actionable insights, so they know what to assign next.

Engage customers can activate a free 30-day trial of Go1's content library, directly from their Engage settings, no separate account required. During your trial, you can add up to 10 courses from Go1's library to Engage. Once added, these courses behave exactly like those you'd build natively in Engage: assign them to your team, link them to development plans, programs, automations, and certifications, and track completions and time spent learning.

Ready to go beyond the trial?

Go1 offers multiple subscription tiers that define the volume and scope of content available to your organization, so you can start focused and expand as your programs grow. Within that, admins control exactly what learners see: browse and filter inside Engage, curate what maps to your current priorities, and add courses to programs or your library.

Go1's team also works with you directly to help shape a library that fits your organization's needs, not a generic catalogue drop.

Budget commitments are easier when you've seen real usage first. Activate your trial, run a learning cycle, and see what your team actually completes. Then decide.

If you're already using Engage, your trial is waiting in your settings. If you're new, book a demo to see how learning connects to performance, development, and the rest of your talent processes.
